For smaller packages, if the total weight of your order is under 500 grams, we use International Priority Airmail as the expedited shipping method. This is a registered and insured parcel service, providing coverage against loss or damage during transit. However, it’s important to note that International Priority Airmail does not offer online tracking for international shipments, specifically for those traveling from Europe to North America.

While the postal services involved, including the USPS (United States Postal Service), do scan and record tracking information in their internal systems, this data is not accessible via the USPS website. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within 30 days, we can initiate an official postal investigation here in Hungary to track its status. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will promptly refund the original purchase price. Please rest assured that such scenarios are extremely rare, as this is a registered and insured service, and packages are highly unlikely to be lost or damaged.

Shipping Methods to the United States:

Standard Shipping Method (For Smaller Packages):

  • If the total weight of your order is under 500 grams, the Priority Airmail shipping method via USPS will be used.

Premium Shipping Methods (For Larger Packages or Faster Delivery):

  • For orders weighing more than 500 grams, we use the EMS International expedited shipping method, but FedEx or UPS may also be used as alternatives for faster delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time to the United States:

Overall, the entire shipping process is expected to take between 10-20 working days, depending on factors such as customs processing, local delivery conditions, and any potential delays.
