Our Shipping Partners & Methods

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we work with trusted courier services. Your order will be shipped using one of the following methods, depending on the size and weight of your package:

  • For packages over 2 kg: We use priority air parcel services via UPS or FedEx, providing reliable and trackable shipping.
  • For smaller orders (1-2 items): We ship via international priority airmail using Royal Mail, the United Kingdom’s official postal service, established in 1516. Royal Mail operates under Royal Mail Group Limited, which also includes Parcelforce Worldwide for parcel deliveries. Their logistics partner, General Logistics Systems (GLS), provides an extensive European shipping network.

Customs Clearance & VAT Handling

Since our products are shipped from Europe, orders entering the UK are subject to automated VAT processing. However, there are no import duties due to the trade agreement between the UK and the EU.

  • For orders under 135 GBP (approximately 160 EUR): No customs duties apply. Only UK VAT (Value Added Tax) is charged, and this is handled automatically upon import. The recipient simply pays the VAT, and the parcel proceeds without manual intervention.
  • For orders over 135 GBP (approximately 160 EUR): Customs duties may apply, and the exact amount depends on the type of goods.
  • For Northern Ireland: No customs duties are required, but UK VAT must be paid on orders from the EU.

Based on our experience in recent years, shipments are typically processed without delays or manual inspections.

Tracking & Delivery Time

A tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days after your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking details and a link to monitor your package’s progress on the shipping carrier’s official website.

Estimated delivery time: 4-9 working days. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, external factors such as public holidays or high seasonal demand may occasionally cause minor delays.
