Delivery Options
After receiving your order, we will start processing it within 24 hours at our workshop in Budapest. After dispatch, orders are handled by the Hungarian Post up to the international airport. From there, the courier services or postal services of the destination country take over the shipment after airport unloading. No additional packaging fees or handling charges are ever applied. Detailed information about the fee for delivery, including sizes, weights, and options, can be found by clicking on the names of the regions in the footer below. Please note that shipping discounts based on package size and weight may be calculated in your cart, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination address.

Shipments are delivered on weekdays during business hours. If delivery fails, the shipment can be collected from the local post office or pickup point. In the destination country, delivery is subject to the rules and regulations of the local courier service. For parcel point or locker delivery, electronic notifications are sent upon parcel pickup and placement. In some cases, depending on local customs, delivery may also occur on Saturdays.

Our webshop offers the following payment methods:

Credit or Debit Card Payment
Payments can be securely made using standard credit or debit cards during checkout. The transaction is processed through a secure online payment gateway to ensure your data’s safety. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Bank Transfer
Payments can also be made via direct bank transfer, including IBAN transactions for international transfers. Our account details, including the IBAN number, will be provided after placing the order. Please ensure the following when making a bank transfer:

  • Include the order number as a reference to avoid delays in processing your payment. Verify the exact amount to be transferred, as underpayment or overpayment may delay the fulfillment of your order.

Note: Placing an order constitutes an offer and entails a payment obligation on the part of the customer. Once we confirm the order, we issue the invoice and prepare the ordered product(s) for shipping. The package will be dispatched within 1 business day after the transferred amount is received.
