1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

  • Please include your name, address, order number, and the date of purchase.
  • You can use the withdrawal form you received with the confirmation email, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

  • Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of their return.
  • We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • The goods must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right.

5. Warranty and Faulty Goods

If the goods you received are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
