For smaller packages, if the total weight of your order is under 500 grams, we use Priority Airmail as the international expedited shipping method. This is a registered and insured parcel service offering protection against loss or damage during transit.

It’s important to note that Priority Airmail does not offer online tracking for international shipments to Australia, although the package is scanned and tracked within the internal systems of Australia Post.

In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within 30 days, we can initiate an official postal investigation here in Hungary to track its status. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will promptly refund the original purchase price. Rest assured, such occurrences are extremely rare, as this is a registered and insured service, and packages are highly unlikely to be lost or damaged.

Shipping Methods to Australia:

Standard Shipping Method (For Smaller Packages):

  • If the total weight of your order is under 500 grams, the Priority Airmail shipping method via Australia Post will be used. Please note that tracking information for these smaller packages is not accessible via the Australia Post website, although the package is scanned and tracked within their internal systems.

Premium Shipping Methods (For Larger Packages or Faster Delivery):

  • For orders weighing more than 500 grams, we use the EMS International expedited shipping method, but FedEx or UPS may also be used as alternatives for faster delivery.

Tracking Information:

Tracking is available for all packages sent to Australia via EMS International, FedEx, or UPS. For packages sent via Priority Airmail, tracking information is not accessible through the Australia Post website, but the package is scanned and tracked within their internal systems.

Tracking details for EMS International, FedEx, and UPS shipments will be available 1-2 business days after your order has been shipped. You will receive the tracking number and online tracking options via your registered email address.

Estimated Delivery Time to Australia:

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day from our warehouse in Budapest.

The overall shipping time is expected to take between 11-25 working days, depending on customs processing, local delivery conditions, and any potential delays.
